The copay continues to increase as it seems to with every company I've worked for in the last 15 years.

I thought the Health insurance plan was very good. Maybe a costly to some but far cheaper than being on your own and paying for Cobra.

Micro Focus offers several plans for medical and dental insurance to choose from. The costs are on average with other similarly sized companies.

Healthy insurance is kept at a reasonable price--Micro Focus covers a portion of it. Health and Wellness seems to be important to them.

Previous years with Premera BCBS covered OBGYN & mental health with standard copay however, with cigna it is considered a specialist and the copay is higher. The cost of the insurance is also higher and the prescription drug plan no longer covers certain medications which, out of pocket, can be costly. Before the HP merger, Micro Focus had better health coverage
