Employee Discounts

the employe discount program allows for some real savings to employes to make it possible to purchse & use regular available systems

The discount in service has been a lifesaver more than once. The sales one isn't evenly enforced though. It's based on vehicle cost, and that used to be visible in the dealer management tool but it's not anymore. It's totally opaque, and there's no oversight on it. I know one of my coworkers got into a lease on a brand new car when their old car unexpectedly died on them and they couldn't be happier, and I know another one who was in a similar situation and wound up resurrecting their old car because the discount wasn't honored on the new one they wanted. Overall, it's great when it works out, but there isn't a good reason for me to have to write that it ever doesn't work out.

Great discount off service. Not so much sales.
