For a company this size, it's pretty reasonable. Sure it would be great if it was cheaper, I understand that can't really be the reality in the current political climate. I'm sure they'd love to give us the moon and stars, but this has to work for everyone, not just the people at the top or the people at the bottom. If there was one thing about it that really does irritate me is that there are only marriage benefits, not couples benefits. I knew that would happen when marriage equality happened, but marriage isn't what's actually best for everyone and not everyone can be married, and to feel more or less valued because I do or don't have a marriage license is really not ideal.
