It is basically nonexistent. I think they let you have money taken out for a 401K, but they don't match it and there is no pension. One of the many reasons that this is not exactly long term employment for most people.

TIAA-CREF is an okay 403 (b), but the paperwork is horrendous in your mailbox and their customer service is sometimes difficult to reach.

There is an auto payment plan offered and financial service advice through the company that manages it but there is no incentive or benefit to contribute. A percentage match no matter how small would be nice.
