Employee Discounts

The discounts at NAPA are non-existent. Any sort of discount offered would have been very nice and much appreciated but they simply do not offer any discounts. One of the key points negotiated at the time of the interview were the impeccable discounts. The treasury hoards all of the discounts. If I just received one discount, I would have worked 10% harder than I did. Less high fives were given as a result of minimizing the discounts. If I were to offer advice to upper management, I would suggest offer more, perhaps even maximizing the employee discounts. Limiting discounts suppress growth. Very dissatisfied.
