Nothing special. Company pays 75%, you pay 25%. It is typical of a company their size. They would eliminate it if they could.

Medical and vision insurance are ok. Visions covers very little but is inexpensive. Dental insurance is expensive and provides little coverage. It's cheaper to purchase dental insurance outside of the company plan.

They have great rates on decent coverage. Eyes and dental are optional, but relatively inexpensive. They also offer tax efficient health savings accounts.
