Employee Assistance Program

Navstar offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all employees. Using the EAP, employees have the opportunity to access professional counseling services, to include legal and financial, emotional well-being, healthy lifestyles, work and life transitions and family relationships. The EAP emphasizes high-level education, counseling, rehabilitation, and coordination with available community resources. The Company pays the full cost of participation.
