Company is growing so benefits are decent for an employer this size. PTO is pretty fair, employee responsibility for healthcare is increasing pretty much every year.

401k match is discretionary at 1%. 50% is deducted out of your paycheck for health insurance premium. Health insurance benefits are sub-par with very high deductibles. If you want dental or vision, you need to pay 100% premium. Long term, short term insurance, and life are available, but you also pay premium on your and the the benefits are not the greatest. Time off is stingy (15 days for vacation, sick and personal for the first 6 years and then 20) and so are the company holidays. Don't dream about unpaid time off. You'll be contacted by your management while on vacation about work to answer questions or to do some work. If you're a consultant and you work late at night or the weekend, you will not be compensated for it. There's no tuition reimbursement of any type; neither for college credits nor for any certification that are work related.
If your manager likes you, you may be allowed to work from home. Otherwise, you're working in a cramped office space, where the clients on the phone can hear your colleagues talking to other clients.
You will have to fight to get tools you need to get your work done. Laptops provided by the company are cheap and heavy. On a high level, it is a technology company without technology.

Matching 401k at a competitive rate. Average medical coverage. Good vision and dental coverage. I found a better medical insurance at a lower cost privately. There may be other plans available now.
