Perfect, I like it - never used

regular 15 payed days a year. additional 5 days after 10 years of service

Only two weeks paid for the first five years. There were 10 paid holidays. Nothing was exceptional.

It's typical for an American company. Nothing special.

25 Days PTO after 15 years + up to 6 personal/floating holidays is pretty generous for a US company. A limit if 6 paid six days means that you maybe forced to file for short term disability if you have a significant health issue and you may be denied and end up unpaid until you can return to work..
