Having flexibility is key in today's world. Hybrid works best.

Hybrid work for most employees.

Best is that it is allowed. Worst is that you must be in the office Monday and Tuesday, which means it is difficult to book a conference room yet your cubicle area is loud because everyone is there. Oh, and your laptop battery will only last so long away from your desk so you waste time looking for a quiet space then returning to recharge.

Most employees are hybrid-in office M,T, and a third day of your choosing. This is mostly fair, except that leadership and certain employers aren’t required to meet this standard, so it does create an environment that feels somewhat unequal.

With Agile, they want you at the office. They will let you work from at home when you have a sick kid, but otherwise you are on site.
