401K Plan

Contributes 50% for the first 6% I save. This is not a great contribution in my opinion but it helps. I find it ironic that Oracle offers services through the 401k administrator to assess if you saved enough for retirement.

410k match, they offer good plans.

Match should be much higher and it shouldn't be capped.
