Easy Open enrollment. Flexible tiers of programs to choose from, maybe 4 from very basic to premium. Decent selection of in-network medical professionals. If you go out of network, depending on your plan it's not too much of an additional out of pocket. Sometimes it's nice to pay a little extra to go to a medical professional of your choosing
