The health insurance had low maximum out of pocket limits compared to other companies.

Healthcare is costly because they don't match HSA. They do offer subsidies for lower wage earners but that is still low. For example, without subsidies, a family of 4 has to pay $3000 to meet their deductible, so it's basically out of pocket.

Covers everything. Very generous. Covers dependents too. When I had cancer, nearly all of my treatments were paid for.
