The prescription drugs that are covered through Oracle change on a regular basis. I had to change the version of one of my prescriptions multiple times from IR to XR simply because one was covered, then they would switch ... and the cycle would continue.

Good coverage. There is flex $ to offset the cost. Some people stay at Oracle for this alone.

Good insurance but I don't like it being subsidized. I expect the company to pay full premiums.
