PPD benefits

PPD has a nice benefits package in the Middleton, WI, location, with excellent, low cost health care, dental, and vision. In addition, long term and short term health care. The PTO is decent and employees get an extra PTO day as a floating holiday, which they get to pick when they want to take. Flexibility day-to-day is lovely.

Overall benefits package is great. Health insurance is quality, 401k plan and matching is solid, other perks include on-site health clinic and gym in headquarters office. Flexible schedules are offered with work from home options as well.

Great insurance benefits with reasonable co payments and flexible networks of physicians. 401k is matched 50% up to 6% and there's a fairly liberal PTO schedule based on years worked.

The benefits package is absolutely phenomenal. Flexible work schedules when necessary, ample PTO, VERY affordable health insurance.

Benefits were good company paid a good portion , the gym is very good with a view of the river except I was pressured to work through lunch everyday so I rarely got to use it

401k is pretty standard compared to other companies. To get the most out of it, you would need to stay in the company for at least 4 years
