If you are in Nashville will HCA hospitals are every where and highly rated, then the health insurance plan is great. However, being in Georgia where you have 5 rural hospitals that offer sub-par care, most employees (including myself) paid the extra money to visit a hospital that offered a better patient experience and better quality of care.

No longer with even decent options.

Employee insurance is inexpensive but coverage for spiderman or children is not.

Expensive and not very good coverage. High premium for not good coverage

Best: Its pretty cheap for a single person (I am not sure with dependents), free generic meds, tobacco free discount knocks 25 bucks off a pay period. Worst: You are limited to HCA facilities, if you dont live close you might be out of luck.

The best thing about the health insurance is the number of choices that you have as far as deductible and co-insurance.

Expensive, does not cover much.
