If you are in Nashville will HCA hospitals are every where and highly rated, then the health insurance plan is great. However, being in Georgia where you have 5 rural hospitals that offer sub-par care, most employees (including myself) paid the extra money to visit a hospital that offered a better patient experience and better quality of care.

Best: Its pretty cheap for a single person (I am not sure with dependents), free generic meds, tobacco free discount knocks 25 bucks off a pay period.
Worst: You are limited to HCA facilities, if you dont live close you might be out of luck.
