I'm thankful just to have insurance with all of the changes going on in the healthcare industry. Depending on the plan you choose the company pays for a large portion. The amount of deductibles have been increasing each year for the past 5-6 years. For 2015 my deductible increases by 20% for a single plan. Others increase by 50%. Overall the plans available are better than most companies.

Pretty good coverage, but like everywhere else, the deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses are way high. I pay extra for "more" dental coverage, but the maximum benefit is still only $3000.00 yearly.
