Not much to say here. They offer all the standard assistances that you get everywhere. One thing that they make a really big deal about is their plan to move you internally in the company if the job you are on is closing (contract ending). They really hype you up on how special you are and how they will take care of you because you are family. What this amounts to is, you search the jobs boards and find something that you believe you may be a good fit for (they tell you that you don't need to match the requirements exactly, just be close and throw your hat in the ring!). You give them the information and they send an advocate email on your behalf along with your resume and then wait for someone to email them back. Meanwhile, you sit there and wait a few days and email them back when you have heard nothing from them. Usually, the response is, "I sent them an email, give them a few days to read and consider it!" A few more days go by and you email again...."I'll send them an email and see if they'll respond!"....repeat a few more times and they will either tell you that the position was closed a week ago, or that you didn't meet all the requirements....which again, they told you that you only needed to bel close. You can stay with the program after you leave, but they will basically never email or contact you again. You have to do all that despite everything they told you they would do in the beginning. Again, not necessarily a good or bad mark on the company, just don't believe all the hype, do all the calling and emailing on your own, don't depend on anyone else to help you, and you will be just fine.

I have not had to use this program, but an co worker has and raved about how helpful the program was.

I've never used this - so I don't really know. But it's nice that it's there.
