Cheap if insuring only yourself.
PTO is terrible have to work a full year to get 40 hours of sick/vacation time. Only after one year does it go up to 70 hours a year. You have to work to earn it, don't give anything when you start. Everyone always coming in sick due to lack of sick time.

The benefits package is absolutely amazing. Vacation time is great. Some of the management team is amazing to work for work with, but like with any other company you have some that are hardheaded work for.
