Philo takes care of its employees and staff members/managers are happy to help each other out. It's a lean startup, though, so there is quite a bit of autonomy and scrappiness that a new hire needs to deal with. A bonus, though, is that there's an annual $5,250 stipend toward education and professional development for folks who are wanting to grow individually. Attending conferences are also encouraged.
