401k contributions are below average. The match is 25% of your contributions up to you contributing 10%.

The 401k plan at PointClickCare is absolutely terrible....and they've even made recent improvements to it. I left a company that gave a 4.5% match and a 5% deferred contribution every year - so essentially, they invested 9.5% of my salary into my retirement each year. I contribute the max allowed and get 10% of THAT...not of my salary, of my contribution. So I went from getting over $9k a year from my company invested in my retirement to getting less than 2%. It's horrible, and it is going to be the reason I don't stay here for the long run unless they fix it. I want to be able to retire and enjoy it, and I just don't see how I can do that if my company doesn't support me in that goal.
