Precoa provides a free confidential Employee Assistance Program for employees and their families. This program offers crisis intervention, counseling, referrals, and on-line life tools for a variety of different issues.
Precoa also offers Grief Counseling which provides support and resources to help employees through times of grief and helps them get back on their feet mentally and emotionally. The Grief Counseling Services provide five confidential counseling sessions per event – either face-to-face or by telephone.
