The jobs are complex, but they run classes and offer good support

i received the training i needed and was encouraged to use tuition program to seek any additional training i needed.

Absolutely terrible and almost zero accurate resources available

They have tools available for training but it is all smoke and mirrors ultimately it depends on your department but in the claim world it is the last thing they see as a priority. Constantly changing the way they train and teach you things as well. Changes literally every week.
