PTO is a combination of sick and vacation days, for this job around 20 days a year, if holidays fall on weekends, that gets added in as bonus PTO. High deductible Cigna health insurance is around $35-40 month for everyone, there’s a tobacco discount, deductible is $1,550, and HSA (PayFlex) available for high deductible plans can be invested after $1,000 balance is reached. Cigna Dental has 2 plans, one plan specifically has a smaller in-network but 90% coverage on most everything. Vision, life insurance, other benefits are cheap enough. EAP gives 5-6 therapy appointments free, 1 finance/legal consult appointment free, and other stuff. They pay for most relevant training courses for development too.
