If you plan ahead of time it is usually pretty easy to get the dates you want as long as you have time. There is only one bank though for PTO... So sick days and vacation are combined. Also, if you are in a customer service / phone based role you will be expected to work at least one holiday. But every job has it's own expectations that will be laid out to you.
