Average time off. Made to feel guilty when you take it.

20 days PTO (no separate sick and vacation).

We get 15 days off per year, plus Arizona Sick time so we really get 20 days off which is better then all my friends

Accrued vacation or paid time off is average, I would like Progressive Leasing to offer more P.T.O. for hours worked, they used to put all your hours for the year in a bucket in January so you could schedule vacations but now you slowly accrue time off and it makes it more difficult to plan time off.

Have around 2 weeks off a year.

It is accrued throughout the year, and increases with time.
