401(K) Retirement Plan

All full-time Prometheans age 21 and over are automatically enrolled in our 401 (k) retirement plan at a contribution rate of 3%. We match your contributions 50 cents on the dollar up to a maximum company match of 6% of your salary. Contributions will follow a four (4) year vesting schedule in increments of 25% for each year. If you wish not to participate in the 2% auto-enrollment, you have an option to opt out within the first 30 days of employment. Excellence is one our core values.
