Performance Bonus

Because the Company recognizes that all associates contribute to its success in addition to base pay, all associates are eligible for some form of variable incentive pay. There are different programs available, and inclusion in a program is based on the job performed and how that job or team has an impact on the Company and its attainment of short- and long-term strategic goals. To be eligible for payment for all variable rewards, associates must be employed in an eligible position and status on the day the variable reward is paid and must meet other eligibility requirements for specific programs.
