The 401K plan offers only a .25 of a % match for every 4% you contribute, meaning that to take advantage of the entire company match, you must contribute 16% for the company match of 4%. You can also put money towards a Roth IRA in addition. The company that REEF uses to manage the 401K is a very no-frills vendor and uncompetitive compared with Fidelity or Prudential managed assets.
