It is very average. Plan I am enrolled in only covers yearly health screen and comes with huge deductible. Buy up plan doesn't come cheap.

Best - offer 2 plans...very rich...haven't raised employees' premiums in 5 years...high deductible plan offered at no monthly premium.
Worst - Aetna is a little antiquated in their systems. Makes it frustrating to navigate.
