Employee Discounts

You can receive the same discount as a gold status customer.

Regular customers can earn the same discount with their loyalty card. Even the "Employee Appreciation Days" where they up the discount to 30% is now given to the top tier of loyalty card holders. You receive coupons to share with friends and family to earn the employee discount for a day - but largely this feels like a ploy to earn more sales as many stores opt to give out these coupons to random customers because they send far more of these coupons than there are staff members.

The best thing about working for rite aid. I believe the discount for employees is 20%.

You would get 10% off at Rite Aid stores.

You get 20 % off.

The best things are 401 k, stock, Vacation, maternity leave

10% on brand items. 20% on Rite Aid brand. 30% anything not on sale 1 weekend, quarterly.

It is at the same level that customers can earn.
