We are very sorry to hear about your experience. Medical services are expensive and our company strives to provide affordable health insurance packages with majority of the cost covered by Printfly. We are thrilled to have recently enhanced our benefit plans, resulting in employee out of pocket service fees to be cut in half, as well as an inclusion of affordable co-pays to replace out of pocket deductibles on our basic plan. We appreciate your feedback, and we will continue to improve our benefits packages on an annual basis.
