Discount are only for certain items and only on Russell cellular products, nothing that Verizon sells. The quality of their merchandise is very poor.

The employee discount toward service is dependent on Verizon so it would be unfair to rate for that. However, the discount for devices or accessories owned by Russell Cellular is disappointing. If the product is under $50, employees can get up to half off. Anything over $50 (all the good stuff, of course) only nets a $5 or $10 discount. Since employees typically buy their phones, tablets, and other devices outright to stay current and showcase to customers, you would expect a very good discount but they are literally only $10 off the normal outright retail price. You can almost always find a better deal at a big box store. High end devices should be sold at cost or very close to cost as these are the employees' main tools for generating sales (often the live devices are outdated or non-functional).
