Allow employees to work from or work in office.

Depends on department that we work in

Everyone is WFH since pandemic

I can work from home as much as I like, but this up to your manager's discretion on your team. During the pandemic, no one has to come in to the office though.

SAP has allowed work from home prior to pandemic and continues to evolve this benefit to best fit employee's needs. It would be better if they could extend this to international work from home instead of restricting to country of residency.
