Not an amazing outlier like it used to be, but still pretty darn good overall

SAS has a wonderful traditional benefits package (medical, dental, vision) but the thing that makes SAS special for me is the benefits of being on campus. On site doctors and pharmacy simplify life, but the Recreation and Fitness center amenities are my favorite. Lunch time soccer games on two full sized fields; basketball; racquetball; tennis; pickleball; gym, pool, disc golf... the list goes on.

Very generous health benefits often covers procedures that other employers' plans don't. However, they don't provide tuition reimbursement.

Best insurances and benefits were available. They are declining slowly.
