Decent amount of offered benefits: 401K had a 4% match, 10 days vaction and 4 floating holidays in year one, 'paid' holidays (my lab was open 365 so even though the day was 'paid' and most people were off, someone(s) still had to come in and there was no time and a half or holiday pay for that person.) Health, dental, vision, accidental death and dismemberment, disability, life insurance (basic 1.5X your salary was offered for free), FSA, I think I may be forgetting a benefit or two but these were the main ones I remember

Expensive with less benefits than I had previously.

i had my wisdom tooth pulled and still had to pay $300 out of pocket with the insurance.
