SLB benefits

The benefits were good, only SLB is sliding them back for North America, costing employees more money and reducing benefits...They push employees to take a program that has a $10,000 a year deductible. They are moving to the least they have to do based on the law, which will be almost nothing at all. If the federal fine is a lot less then benefits, they will remove them all together

The benefits were sub par compared to other OFS companies

Benefits were great. Great health benefits and 401K and the stock program was really great. I walked away with several thousand dollars in profits when I left the company and sold the stock.
