Supplemental Life Insurance

Samtec associates have the option to purchased Term Life Insurance for you and your family through Anthem. When you enroll yourself and your dependents in this benefit, you pay the full cost through payroll deductions. Samtec associates may purchase in increments of $10,000 up to a maximum of $500,000. Spouses may purchase in $10,000 increments up to a maximum of $150,000 not to exceed 50% of the employee's election. For child(ren) the benefit is $10,000 from age 15 days to age 26. The Guarantee Issue amount for employees is $250,000, $50,000 for spouses and $10,000 for children.
