Seer is a remote-first company, and has been since well before it was common in our industry. Team members across the country work fully remotely, with the option to work out of our Philadelphia office if you are local. We trust our people to get the job done from wherever they work best, and we back that up with real infrastructure: every remote new hire receives a $400 home office setup stipend to build out their workspace, company-provided equipment, and access to the tools and technology needed to collaborate effectively from day one. Flexible scheduling is built into how we operate, with core collaboration hours between 10am and 4pm ET/PT and room for team members to structure the rest of their day in a way that works for them.
