Employer gives option of HSA or PPO health plan which is subpar. 401K match is average and PTO is average to above average. 6 weeks paternaty leave is also offered.

Paid Time Off is generous. I love that my entire family is covered for benefits at a reasonable family rate and not based on each person being insured.

Overall the benifits are better than at most companies in the area.

Full benefits package including Health, life, dental, disability, and vision. Good 401(k) match & decent PTO. They have a tuition reimbursement program that is pro-rated. Get an A = 100%, B = 75%, C = 50%. In theory, that seems fair unless you're trying to balance a 60 hour week and also trying to go to school.
