Reasonable health care costs. Unreasonable and intrusive requirements to meet minimum company health standard. If you do not meet all the testing requirements (including BMI) employee is penalized and required to pay more than $1600 more in insurance costs. Vision and dental sub-par for coverage. Offer an on site Fitness Center that recently went to 24/7 time availability. Overall health program slightly better than other companies in the area.
