Offered full scope of health, dental, vision insurance. Sometimes people complain but found that it was affordable for employee and family for a PPO.

Several plans to choose from

Many things go to the deductible before you get them paid for. For those that have a catastrophic medical emergency, i have heard it does do a good job.

Good plans. A lot of options. Have to do wellness to get lower rate.

United Health Care is the main one. Has options. Cheap vision and dental which is also good.

Medical insurance plans are consistently more expensive than alternatives (my wife's 2 different employers over the last 4 years) and are significantly more expensive compared to plans offered by medical device companies (plenty of medical device companies in the area to compare with). Not to mention it's actually a huge pain in the butt to qualify for their "wellness incentive" and if you don't qualify for that, then the premiums are ridiculous
