Spectrum had very good benefits

Good coverage with reasonable premiums, deductibles, and max out-of-pocket. All plans have an HSA or Health FSA available. While the insurance provider raised premiums year over year, Spectrum ate the cost increase for employees every year that I was there.

Nice variety of plans and coverage options at reasonable prices

It was great because they continued to cover a good portion of the health insurance premium.
