The Anthem BC/BS plans are phenomenal and very reasonable in cost. There are three options: one with a High Deductible Health Plan, one for someone who doesn't visit health care providers much and finally one for someone who visits the health care provider often. There are reasonable deductibles, co-insurance, and out of pocket maximums which really help to support the employees and their families.
