At the time, Charter offered health insurance plan with an HRA benefit. The employees received a yearly amount toward healthcare expenses based on the number of members on the plan. This coverage all Dr. cost, if the employee had not used the HRA the leftover amount would rollover to the following year.

They have a 90/10 medical.

Coverage is not bad, deductible is reasonable.
