You only get paid out once a quarter when you used to be paid out once a month. Another unfortunate part is there are no solid Target numbers it's based on a floating scale that's constantly moving

Excellent especially in our last few years when we surpassed company goals

They were very generous in the beginning and in the middle of my career then they found ways to take the money back if you miss a matrix or didn't do well on some of the other scores they would take what you have earned away which was not fair if you sell it you should be paid for it. Point blank

Again, not something that is company wide, but for the departments that did, it was a very lucrative program.
