Our Fulfillment Center teams work together onsite at our strategically located warehouses around the world to serve millions of customers each year. Our investment in great people has enabled us to build a global supply chain solution for brands, marketplaces, and customers. 

We recognize and value the unique culture of each of our fulfillment sites – while all exhibit the core values of Spreetail, we tailor our employee experience to fit the needs of each location, ensuring the team feels connected to one another. Our focus on communicating the core fundamentals of our business and the development opportunities to reach the next level are truly what sets Spreetail’s fulfillment network apart from the rest. 

Our Software & Technology teams operate in a 100% remote environment to equip Spreetail’s workforce and our partners with innovative digital tools. Current states our Technology team members can reside include Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Texas. 

As we continue to scale this team, providing a unique and collaborative employee experience for our remote team members remains top of mind. Our team has developed a communications playbook that outlines our commitments to one another in how we connect – this has been integral to our success as a remote-first team and has allowed us to be intentional with our interactions. 

Spreetail places an emphasis on the experiences of our remote team members. From offering virtual opportunities during our bi-annual Volunteer Weeks to creating experiences that connect team members across the globe – our goal is to create a culture of consistent contact, ensuring our remote Software team never feels disconnected. 

Office teams across many different divisions work in a hybrid environment to achieve Spreetail’s goals. These teams split their work weeks at home as well as have the opportunity to meet in-person at our physical offices. 

Tuesdays and Wednesdays are designated days for collaboration in-office, where team members can utilize our intentionally designed spaces to solve complex problems, host external partners, and build relationships with each other. 

We recognize there are some tasks and projects that are optimal to conquer while working remotely. Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, team members can work from home to focus on deep-thinking work, high-volume and repetitive tasks, external partner calls, and video interviews.  
 
To focus on creating space for immersive remote experiences, we offer two fully remote months for our office team members. From December 15 to January 15 and June 15 to July 15, office based Spreetailers are encouraged to be fully remote.
