Performance Bonus

It's based on the auto insurance production no matter where you work at SF or your position.

You get a bonus based on how well State Farm does the previous year. The calculation of the amount you get is confusing but it’s febetall between $500-1000

The commission structure was difficult to hit because we handled so much inbound activity and it hindered our outbound activity and getting enough cars and fire policies was easy but life, health and bank product minimum quotas was hard to achieve.

Varies from office to office.

It’s more of a competition than a performance benefit. The goals they want you to meet are unrealistic unless you work in a busy office is a large city. Otherwise, you’re never meeting those goals.

This was a commission-based job, so you made more money if you produced more.

Good bonus and also ever year they boost your yearly pay

Performance bonuses are heavily based on diversity, and quantity over quantity. Securing infinite sales in P and C won’t net you any bonus, unless you sell a few life, health, and bank policies as well.

Okay at best on commission which is sad.

It is average but obviously when company is doing terrible, even if you were amazing, the bonus will be low.
