State Farm will not train you with marketable skills outside of State Farm.

They used to provide a budget each year but that has gone away.

They offer tons of training in many areas: insurance, conflict resolution, grammar, budgeting, etc. They also offer tuition reimbursement and they will pay for employees to get insurance designations. However, these trainings will not move you up in your career.

Good job to get B2C training and learn about sales. Good for entry level people looking to make a start.
