Again not the best benefit as you were made to feel like a liar when you called in sick. Office Manager was good about it but the agent was not.

We could take a sick day at leisure but were not paid for the day(s) we were sick. I was only sick one day in the past year.

You got in trouble for using more than one sick day in a row. I got the flu and took 5 days off once. I tested positive for the flu and had a doctors note. I was still placed on probation. No other reason than excessive sick day use, even though I had the paid time off to use.

Don't be sick at this job. If you're sick more than two days a year they will fire you so fast, and dont have any family emergencies
